Rolleiflex T Back in Action
Repaired and restored to working order
23/09/2009
The Rolleiflex T I purchased several years ago had clearly had a knock at some stage in its life and the viewing and taking lenses had become misaligned. Only at small apertures (a large depth of field) were the images acceptably sharp. Sendean Cameras (Soho) carried out work described as: “Repaired focus mechanism. Restored and repaired all to full working order”.
The result is a camera with superb optics and a mechanism which will probably last another 20 years without further maintenance. It makes one realise that with any second hand purchase one should budget for an overhaul.
